Pam Richardson

Pam Richardson has been managing hotel operations since 1980. Her career has been quite varied, ranging from overseeing the food & beverage operation of a 4 star hotel Jumers Castle Lodge in Urbana, Illinois, to Regional Director overseeing owned, managed, and franchised properties for Forte Hotels, to General Manager for Hilton and Kimpton property and as Vice President of Operations of Lake San Marcos Resort & Country Club.
One of the common denominators in the vast majority of Ms. Richardsons experience involves turn around and repositioning properties to achieve strong bottom line profit improvements for ownership.

Recognition for her work over the years includes

  • Recipient of the San Diego Business Journals Women Who Mean Business in 2003
  • Awarded Hotelperson of the Year in 2004 through the San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association
  • Honored by the County of San Diego with the designation of Pamela Richardson Day on July 15, 2005

Ms. Richardson is Past President for the California Hotel & Lodging Association. She is also a Past President of the San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association, and has served as a Director on the boards of the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau, the San Diego North Convention and Visitors Bureau, and other volunteer boards. In addition to the above, she also served for three years on the Economic Development & Tourism Support Panel for the City of San Diego.

Patrick Ahler, Lights On Digital

Patrick is a dedicated performance marketer. He has 15 years of experience delivering phenomenal online marketing results, a bachelors degree in computer systems, and has played various roles from entrepreneur, executive, to coder & designer, to project manager in the production of hundreds of web projects.

He is fascinated with  leisure destination guest booking habits and consumer psychology studies through web analytics. Patrick is excited about and believes in empowering owners and hotel managers through data.

Frank Okun

Hotel Yield Services, founded by Frank Okun in 2005, provides remote revenue management services for hotels of all sizes and markets.

Services include but are not limited to weekly pace and forecast reports, rate and inventory strategy and implementation, competitive set analysis, OTA/CRS/PMS systems management, weekly RevMax conference calls, and market mix reporting and analysis. Frank and his team manage revenue for hotels in Hawaii, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and New Mexico.

Franks team has experience in a multitude of systems and software products, including RoomMaster, Opera, Autoclerk, WebRezPro and NiteVision / SynXis, iHotelier, Pegasus, InnLink, and brand systems such as Carlson, Best Western and Wyndham / EZ Yield, ChannelRush, and Rate Tiger.

Nancy Uber, NUPR

nancyNancy Uber brings a wealth of experience in public relations, communications and special event management to NU PR. Nancy has been responsible for managing the overall PR, marketing and branding programs for many international clients. Since founding NU PR, Nancy has overseen the public relations programs and launches for a number of recognizable Bay Area and Hawaii hotels and restaurants. Working with these clients, she has raised the level of visibility for these businesses through the creation of strategic campaigns and garnering placements in the local, regional and national media. Prior to NU PR, Nancy worked at several prominent agencies in San Francisco and New York and was responsible for the management of a number of the firms key travel and hospitality accounts.
